Comfortable hotel, convenient location, with great access to local attractions by being immediately at the waterfront, and the indoor playground was perfect for my kids to enjoy while we relaxed in the lounge area.

My experience at this hotel was incredibly frustrating. The check-in process was unreasonably long, and there seemed to be a lack of staff available to assist us with our questions. Furthermore, the bathroom in our room was poorly designed as there was no ventilation, making it unbearably stuffy. To top it off, the noise from the floor above was relentless, with footsteps echoing throughout the night. I expected a peaceful stay but ended up sleep-deprived and disappointed.
